To provide learning experiences in an environment that will give each student opportunities to develop his or her potential. This environment will stimulate the desire for learning and will foster the development of self worth.

The staff at Cardston Elementary School recognizes that in order for schools to focus on positive learning programs and activities, they must be viewed as safe and caring environments for students, staff, and parents. Behavioral expectations should support the important values of respect for oneself and others, integrity, trust, openness, and caring. It is the belief of the School that all members of the school community have the right to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.
